Email templates

A library of emails you can send today.

A blank editor is the reason most coaches never send. Pick a finished email instead. Every one arrives designed, in your own colors and fonts, and you edit it like any other draft.

Included on every plan, the free one too.

They are not screenshots. They are your emails already.

Most template galleries show you a picture of somebody else's brand and hand you a blank canvas afterwards. These render in your accent color and your typefaces the moment you open one, because no template here is allowed to name a color or a font. The designed sections are composed as real layout and flattened at send time, so they land the same way in every inbox that shows images, while the words stay editable in the builder.

50 templates
Across 10 goals, from launch to win-back.
58 compositions
Posters, receipts, tickets, quote walls, contact sheets.
Every plan
The library is not a paid tier. Free accounts get all of it.

Questions

Do the templates come in my own colors and fonts?

Yes, and that is the point of them. Nothing in a template names a color or a typeface. Your accent color, your display font, and your body font are applied when the email renders, so the same template is a different, correct-looking email for every coach. Change your brand in Studio and every email you have ever built follows.

Are the templates included on the free plan?

Every template is available on every plan, including free. Broadcasting has a monthly send allowance per plan, and Spark (the AI designer) is on Growth, but the template library itself is not gated.

Can I edit a template, or is it locked?

You edit it like any other email. A template is just a starting arrangement of the same blocks the builder gives you: headings, text, buttons, quotes, countdowns, polls, product cards, and the designed layout compositions. Add blocks, delete blocks, rewrite everything. Nothing is baked in.

How do the designed sections work in an email client?

Email HTML cannot do magazine layout: custom fonts are stripped, overlapping elements are impossible, and a collage falls apart into a stack of images. So the designed moments (poster headlines, quote walls, receipts, tickets) are composed as real layout and flattened to an image at send time, which every client renders identically. The copy stays editable in the builder rather than being frozen into a graphic.

Do the countdown timers actually count down?

Mostly. The image is drawn when the mail client fetches it rather than when you press send, so most people see the real time remaining. Apple Mail fetches images at delivery for privacy, so some readers see the number as it stood when the email landed. That is why the deadline itself is always printed as live text underneath, where it is always right.

Do I need photos to use these?

No. Every template arrives with photography already in it, so all of them look finished the moment you open one. Swap in your own wherever you want, or pick one of the many built entirely from type.
