Is Drry really free?
Yes. The free plan is genuinely free, not a trial that expires. You get a real community with courses, guides, audio, a community feed, a funnel, 2 capture forms, payments at a 0% fee, and up to 100 members, with no credit card to start. Run it free for as long as you like; upgrade only when you want more room.
Does Drry take a cut of my sales?
Never, on any plan, including free. You keep 100% of what your members pay you. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you directly. Only Stripe's standard processing fee (about 2.9% + 30 cents) applies, and that goes to Stripe, not to us.
Can I run more than one community on one plan?
Yes, up to 3. On Creator or Growth, one plan covers every community you own: you pay once, and they share one allowance of storage, emails and live hours, with any extra usage on one bill. Each community keeps its own Stripe account, prices and payouts. On the free plan, each community has its own free allowance.
How does Drry make money if it takes 0%?
On simple monthly subscriptions, $29 for Creator and $99 for Growth, not by skimming your sales. That is the whole model: a flat price for the platform, and your member revenue stays entirely yours. It is why we can promise 0% and mean it.
Is a domain included?
Yes. Creator and Growth include one free .com domain per account: search for one in Settings, choose which of your communities it goes on, and Drry registers it and connects it for you, with nothing to set up. It comes once per account, even if you run several communities on one plan. You can also connect a domain you already own to any of your communities on either plan. Terms apply; they are in the "Domains bought through Drry" section of our Terms of Service.
What is the difference between Creator and Growth?
Creator ($29/mo) white-labels your SITE: your own custom domain and no Drry branding across your member site, plus unlimited funnels and capture forms with conversion analytics, 60,000 emails a month (new-content emails, digests and event invitations included), and at-risk member detection. Growth ($99/mo) raises the send ceiling to 200,000 emails a month, also white-labels your EMAIL (every send comes from your own domain, like mail.yoursite.com), and adds AI community moderation, team seats for your admins and editors, and room for unlimited members. Both keep everything on the free plan.
Are captions and transcripts included?
Included, on every plan including free. Publish a lesson video, an audio lesson or an audio track and we transcribe it for you, with no add-on to switch on. Members reach a video's captions on the player's CC button, and an audio track gets a transcript panel they can search where every line is a tap to that second. You can correct the wording once in the editor, and we never overwrite a transcript you have edited.
What counts toward my monthly emails?
Every email you choose to send counts, once for each person it reaches: broadcasts, automations, form follow-ups, posts you email to members, new-content emails, digests, and the event invitations, announcements, reminders and go-live emails you send to your community, a list or people you invite. The emails that keep your community working do not count: sign-in codes, receipts, booking confirmations, RSVP confirmations, reminders to people who said they are coming, changes to a session someone is going to, and reply and mention notifications. If you run out, emails that do not fit are not sent and we tell you, unless you have switched on extra usage.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can open your community, add courses, and bring in your first members on the free plan with no card at all. You only add a payment method if and when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, in either direction. Start on Free, move up to Creator or Growth when you outgrow it, and come back down if your needs change. Your community, courses, and members come with you across every plan.
