Partner Program Terms

The Drry Partner Program pays you a commission for referring paying coaches to Drry. Joining is free, requires an application we review by hand, and does not require a Drry account. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Our affiliate tracking and the partner dashboard are operated by Rewardful, our affiliate platform provider.

You earn 40% of the subscription payments your referral makes to Drry, for as long as they remain a paying customer. Commissions apply to both plans and to monthly and annual billing, and are calculated on the net amount we actually receive: a refunded, disputed, or charged-back payment earns no commission, and any commission already credited on it is reversed.

Commissions accrue only on payments coaches make to Drry. They never include the money a coach's own members pay the coach: that revenue belongs entirely to the coach.

A referral is attributed to you when someone clicks your partner link and becomes a paying Drrycustomer within 90 days of the click, including the common path of signing up free first and upgrading later within that window. Attribution uses a first-party cookie on a first-click basis: if someone clicks two different partners' links, the first partner gets the credit. We cannot credit referrals retroactively where no link click was recorded.

Payouts run monthly once your accrued balance reaches $50. Commissions are held for approximately 30 days after the underlying payment before becoming payable, so refunds settle first. Payouts are sent through the payout method offered in the partner dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income, and we may require tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8) before paying out.

We may change the program's commission rates or structure for the future, with notice. When we do, the change applies to referrals made AFTER the change: customers you already referred keep earning you the rate that applied when you referred them, for as long as they stay subscribed. We will not retroactively cut the rate on referrals you have already earned.

The following forfeit the related commissions and may end your participation: referring yourself or entities you control; bidding on Drry branded keywords in paid search or misrepresenting yourself as Drry; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other attribution manipulation; spam or unsolicited bulk promotion; misleading claims about Drry, its pricing, or earnings; and promoting Drry on content that is unlawful or hateful.

You must disclose your affiliate relationship where required (for example the FTC endorsement rules in the United States): an unambiguous disclosure near your link satisfies this.

Partners are independent: this program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship, and you may not make commitments on Drry's behalf. We may update these terms; continued participation after notice of a change is acceptance. We may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these terms, with accrued legitimate commissions paid out per the payout schedule.
