A membership website
that keeps all of it.
Lock your content, charge on a schedule, and give members one place to log in. On your own domain, through your own Stripe, with 0% of what they pay you going anywhere but your bank.
Recurring revenue, minus nothing.
A membership website is a bet that the same money arrives again next month. Most platforms take a percentage of it, which means the better the bet pays off, the more it costs you to have made it. We charge a flat monthly plan instead, so growing your membership does not grow your bill. Member payments run through your own Stripe account and only Stripe's ordinary processing fee applies.
One login, everything they paid for.
Courses, the community feed, live sessions, an audio library and downloads, all behind one door. Members do not collect four passwords for four tools, and you do not reconcile four lists. What a member has not bought is shown locked with the level that opens it, because a locked card is what sells the upgrade.
Content that actually locks
Release a lesson a set number of days after somebody joins, on a fixed date, or once they finish what comes before it. A locked lesson's video, transcript and files are refused by the routes that serve them, so there is no URL to guess past.
Recurring billing, your Stripe
Monthly or yearly, charged on your own Stripe account. Renewals, failed cards and cancellations are handled, and the money lands in your bank rather than in a platform balance you withdraw from.
Your domain, your brand
Members arrive at your address in your fonts and your colours. A custom domain and full white label come in on Creator ($29/mo), so nothing on the page says Drry.
More than one membership level
Run up to 3 membership levels out of one site on Growth ($99/mo), and point each course, room and collection at the rung it belongs to. A lower tier still sees what it does not have, marked with what unlocks it.
A real member area
Courses, a community feed, live sessions, an audio library and downloads, behind one login. Everything a member paid for in one place, not four tools stitched together with passwords.
The email that brings them back
Publishing a lesson emails the members who want to hear about it, in your brand, on every plan including free. A membership website that never writes to its members is a membership website people forget they pay for.
Gated on the server, not in the interface.
Plenty of membership setups hide a locked lesson in the menu and leave the file sitting at a URL anybody can share. Here the routes themselves refuse: the video, the transcript, the attachments and the lesson body are all checked against what that member is entitled to, so there is nothing to guess your way past. Drip release, prerequisites and graded quizzes are on every plan, including the free one.
What people ask before they build one.
What is a membership website?
A membership website is a site where people pay you on a recurring basis for access to something behind a login: courses, a community, live calls, a library, or all of it. The three parts that make it work are a way to take payment on a schedule, a way to lock content to the people who have paid, and somewhere for those people to actually turn up. Drry is all three in one place rather than a page builder with gating bolted on.
How much does it cost to build a membership website?
Nothing to start here. The free plan covers up to 100 members and 5 GB with no card, including courses, the community, gating and member email. Creator is $29/mo and adds your own domain and white label; Growth is $99/mo and adds membership tiers and AI moderation. On top of that you pay Stripe's ordinary processing fee on member payments, and nothing to us: we take 0% whatever plan you are on.
Do I need to know how to code, or run WordPress?
No. There is no plugin stack to assemble and nothing to keep updated. You pick what members get, set a price, and the login, the gating, the billing and the member area already exist. The usual alternative is a page builder plus a membership plugin plus a payment plugin, which is three things that can break independently and all of which you own the maintenance of.
Can I lock some content and leave the rest open?
Yes, and the lock is real rather than cosmetic. Drip release, prerequisites and graded quizzes are free on every plan, and gating is enforced on the server: the routes that serve a locked lesson's video, transcript, attachments and body refuse the request. Anything you leave open stays open to everyone, including people who have not paid, which is how the free part of a funnel is supposed to work.
Can I charge different prices for different levels of access?
Yes, on Growth ($99/mo). Run up to 3 membership levels out of one site and decide per course, per room and per collection who each one is for. A member on a lower level still sees what they do not have, marked with what unlocks it, because a locked card is what sells the upgrade and a hidden one just looks like an empty site.
What happens to my members if I leave?
You take them with you. Members subscribe through your own Stripe account, so the payment relationship is yours rather than ours, and your member and contact lists export whenever you want them. We would rather keep you by being worth paying for than by being difficult to leave.
Is Drry an alternative to Kajabi, Circle or Skool?
That is who tends to switch. If you want the membership site and the community in one branded place, without a cut of what your members pay you, with a real free plan to start on, then yes. Our comparison pages lay out the model honestly, including where a competitor is the better fit.
Still weighing it up? The membership platform comparison runs the numbers across the field, and the community side covers what members do once they are in.
