A blogging platform
where every post can sell.
A blog for coaches that lives beside your community, free on every plan with unlimited posts. Put your course, event or offer in the middle of a post, keep the best part for members, and send every new post to your readers by email.
The offer sits in the words, not under them.
On most blogs the selling happens in a button at the very bottom, after the reader has already decided. Here a post can carry a card for your own course, event, offer or product right where you make the case for it, and the card always shows the thing as it is today.
And a post does not have to give everything away. Draw a members-only line: the part above it stays public and searchable, so it keeps bringing strangers in, and the part below it is a reason to join.
- Everyone
- The whole post is public, and search engines read all of it.
- Members
- Signed-in members read it all. Above a members-only line, everyone else reads the free part.
- A tier and up
- On Growth: one membership tier and every tier above it. A tier post can also be hidden from anybody below it.
Write, publish, send, get found.
It is off until you switch it on, and then it is a complete blog on your community's own address, next to your community, your courses and your email.
A real editor
Photos, galleries, video, embeds, tables, callouts, buttons and columns, with focus mode, version history and a preview before anything goes live.
Your things, in the post
Drop in a card for your own course, event, offer or product, or mention one by name, so the post sells what it is about.
You decide who reads
Everyone, members only, or (on Growth) one membership tier and up. A members-only line keeps the rest of a post for members and the top of it public.
New posts, emailed
A new post can go to your members and to readers who subscribed on the blog. Those emails count toward your monthly emails, and you can switch them off per post.
Made to be found
Categories, author pages, search, related posts, an RSS feed and a sitemap, on your community's own address under a word you pick, like /journal.
Scheduled and featured
Feature the post you want read first and it leads the blog's front page. From Creator, write when you can and let the calendar publish.
Stats per post
From Creator: views, readers, reads, where they came from, and the subscribers, members and sales each post brought in. Per-author stats on Growth.
Your AI can write too
Connect your AI assistant and ask it to draft, edit, schedule or publish a post, in your words and your categories.
One blog, whichever job you give it.
- Beside a community
- The blog is the public front door. Strangers find a post in search, trust you a little more, and join the community it sits beside.
- A paid publication
- The writing is the product. The top of every post stays public so new readers can find it, and readers pay through your membership for the rest.
- Just a blog
- No community yet and nothing to sell. Write, collect subscribers, and decide what to offer when you can see who turned up.
Whichever it is, a post is a destination everywhere else too: link it from a button, an email, or the page a buyer lands on after they pay, and show your latest posts on your funnel pages and your bio link.
Free on every plan. Unlimited posts.
There is no blog add-on and no post limit. The emails a new post sends count toward your plan's monthly emails, like any other send. Paid plans add stats for every post, and Growth adds the team: review, comments, assignments and live co-editing.
Moving from another platform? Our Substack alternatives guide compares the options for a paid publication, and the comparison hub shows how the blog stacks up against the platforms coaches usually weigh.

your address.
A writing platform can give you readers, and keep them. Here the blog is on your community's address, the subscribers are your list, and everything you write can leave with you the day you want it to.
- Bring it
- Import from WordPress, Ghost, Substack, Medium or any RSS feed. Posts that were for paying subscribers arrive members-only, and old addresses point at the new posts.
- Take it
- Download the whole blog whenever you like, words and pictures, from the blog's settings.
- Keep it
- Readers who pay do it through your own Stripe, and we take 0% of it on every plan.
The blog, answered.
What is the best blogging platform for coaches?
For a coach, the best blogging platform is one where a post can lead a reader straight into what you sell, and that is what Drry's blog is built for. It sits beside your community and courses on every plan, free included, with unlimited posts; a post can carry a card for your own course, event, offer or product; and a members-only line keeps the best part for people who pay. If you only ever want to write and never sell anything, a dedicated writing platform will do the job too.
Is the blog really free?
Yes. The blog is on every plan, including Free, with unlimited posts. The emails it sends (a new post to your members or to your blog's subscribers) count toward your plan's monthly emails, like any other send. On Free, public pages carry a small "Powered by Drry" line, which comes off on paid plans. Stats per post start on Creator, and the team features on Growth.
Can readers pay for my posts?
Yes, through your community's membership. Put a members-only line in a post and everything below it is for members, while the top stays public and searchable. On Growth ($99 a month) a post can be for one membership tier and up, so your top tier reads things nobody else does. Members pay through your own Stripe and Drry takes 0% of it.
Will search engines still see members-only posts?
They see the free part, above the members-only line, and that part is indexed like any public post. The rest is never in the public page, the RSS feed or the blog's search, so it cannot leak through them.
Can I move my blog from WordPress, Substack or Ghost?
Yes. The importer reads WordPress, Ghost and Substack exports, Medium, and any RSS feed. Posts that were for paying subscribers arrive members-only, you can publish the import with its original dates, and the old addresses point at the new posts. And you can download the whole blog again whenever you like.
Can my team write with me?
Yes. On Growth, an editor's posts can wait for your review before they go live, your team can comment and @mention each other on a draft, you can assign posts with due dates that show on the calendar, and two people can edit the same post at once and see each other's changes as they type.
Where does the blog live?
On your community's own address, under a word you pick (like /journal), next to your community and courses. It can also be your community's homepage if writing is what you lead with.
Can my AI assistant write posts?
Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to Drry and it can draft, edit and publish posts for you on every plan, and schedule them from Creator.
Connecting an assistant is explained on the AI assistants page.
