What an assistant can do

The connector is a fixed set of actions, not open access to your database. Here is all of it.

Reading, with no sign-in

• Search this help center.

• Read any published help article.

• List the sections of the documentation.

Reading your community

• List the communities you belong to and open one.

• Read a community's setup: its plan, its counts, its tab names.

• List and read your courses and their lessons.

• List and read your funnel pages, and how each one is performing.

• List and read the emails you have written.

• List your payment links, including the client named on each.

• List your events.

• List your members: names, handles, seats, when each joined and when they were last seen, and whether their access is paid or free. Email addresses are never included, and the search does not match them either.

• Read your community feed, and the posts held for moderation as well as anything your members have reported.

• List your audio tracks and your guides.

• List your lead-capture forms, your products, your membership offers and your membership tiers.

• Read your member growth numbers.

• List and read your automations.

• List the session types people can book with you.

Building

• Create a course, and create lessons inside it.

• Publish a course, or publish a lesson, which emails your members.

• Take a published lesson back to a draft, so members can no longer open it.

• Change when a lesson unlocks: after a number of days, on a date, or once earlier lessons are finished.

• Create and edit funnel pages, including ones already published, and publish one, which makes it public to anyone with the link and to search engines.

• Rename your tabs, and switch the audio and events sections on or off.

• Create, edit, archive and reactivate a payment link.

• Import contacts, and undo that import.

• Create an automation as a draft, rename one, and switch one on or off. Switching one on starts it mailing the people who meet its trigger, on its own schedule, with nobody watching.

• Draft and rewrite the emails in your marketing tab.

What it cannot do, on purpose

• Take or refund money, or change your plan.

• Add, remove or comp a member, or change anybody's role.

• Send a broadcast, or choose who receives one.

• Read private messages, or post as you in the community feed.

• See who bought something: a buyer's name, address and what they paid.

• Approve or remove a held post. It can show you the queue; you decide.

• Lay out an automation's steps. It can create one, name it and arm it. The shape is built in the builder, where you can watch it.

• Create or edit an event.

• Edit a lesson's title or body. It can set when a lesson unlocks, but not rewrite it.

• Upload audio or video.

• Reach anything your own seat could not reach anyway.

Nothing goes live by accident

Anything with a draft state is created as a draft, so you look at it before your members do. Where something has no draft state, the assistant has to say plainly what it is about to do first. Five actions reach other people, and each is named separately on the permission screen rather than hidden inside a general write permission: publishing a course, publishing a lesson, publishing a funnel page, renaming or hiding a tab, and switching an automation on.
