Open Settings
In Settings, open Plan & billing. Billing is owner only. Admins run your community; they do not spend your money.
Pick a plan
Upgrading takes effect immediately. Your new features are on before you have finished reading the confirmation.
Or schedule a downgrade
A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the period you have paid for, so you keep what you bought. Until it lands, you can cancel it in one press.
Your card and your receipts
Manage billing opens the billing portal, where you change your card, update your details and download every invoice. Invoice history is also listed in Settings.
Your plan and any extra usage are paid by card. The plan checkout, the card you save for extra usage and the billing portal all offer card only, so a bank account cannot be saved as the payment method for your plan.
If you own more than one community
Your plan, card, extra usage and spend cap are the same on every community you own. Open Plan & billing in any of them and you manage the one account. Changing plan, cancelling and changing your card apply to every community you own, whichever one you press them in. See One plan for all your communities.
What a downgrade actually does
Content is never deleted. Nothing is removed from your community.
Gated features stop being usable: a custom domain redirects back to your Drry address, tiers freeze, journeys stop running.
Admins and editors become ordinary members. Promoting them back is one press if you upgrade again.
If you own more than one community, all of them move down together, and the limits you are over are counted across all of them.
Anything over the new limits stays; you simply cannot add more until you are under them.
On Free, the $500 a month earnings limit applies, counting memberships, store, payment links and tickets together. A community earning more than that pauses new paid members, orders and tickets until the period resets, while members already paying keep renewing.
Live video usage does not go away
If you used live video past your allowance, leaving the plan does not clear what you already used. That still settles.
Common questions
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Dropping to free is the pause. Your community stays up, your members stay in, and the free limits apply from then on.
Do I lose my analytics history on a downgrade?
The collection never stops. You lose the ability to read it below Creator, and it is all still there when you come back.
Who can see billing?
Only the owner.
Do I get a separate bill for each community?
No. Your plan and your extra usage are billed once, on one account. Where two communities each pay for their own plan, each keeps its own bill until you cancel one. See One plan for all your communities.
