Add a signature to your emails
Set one signature for your community, with your name in your own hand or a logo, and choose which emails it closes.

- signature
A signature is the sign-off at the bottom of your emails: your name, your title, a link, even your handwritten signature or a logo. You set it once for your community and Drry adds it for you.
It is one signature per community. If you run two communities, each has its own. Only the owner or an admin can change it.
Open Customize, then Emails
Find the Email signature card.
Write your words
Type your name, your title, your website. The editor is the same one you use to write emails, so bold, italics, links and bullets all work. Keep it short: a signature holds up to 400 characters of text.
Add a picture if you want one
Press Picture and choose to draw your signature, type your name to have it written in a script, or upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF). A logo or a headshot works too. You can add two pictures.
Click a picture to set its size (S, M or L, which is 260 pixels wide at most), describe it for people who cannot see images, or remove it.
Choose whether it signs automatic emails
Leave Also sign automatic emails on, or switch it off if you only want the signature on emails you write yourself.
Save
Customize saves everything with one Save button, so press it once you are happy.
Which emails carry it
Emails you build in the email editor. The signature is on by default. To leave it off one email, use Remove on the canvas (and Add back to undo it), or the On this email switch in the signature panel.
Automatic emails, while Also sign automatic emails is on: new content, welcome, trial, cancellation and session emails, every receipt (product receipts and refunds, payment link receipts, instalment receipts and the plan paid in full email), and the copy of a signed agreement.
Never reply and mention notifications, failed payment notices or sign-in codes, whatever the switch says.
Common questions
Can I have a different signature for each email?
No. There is one signature for the community. You can leave it off a single email, but you cannot swap in another.
I changed my signature. Do emails I already sent change?
The words in a sent email do not change. Pictures behave as described above.
What happens to it if I transfer or delete my community?
Transferring a community clears the old owner's signature and its picture files, and the old owner's emails never show the new owner's pictures. Deleting a community removes the files too.
Do the pictures count toward my storage?
Yes. They are stored with your community and count toward your storage allowance like other uploads.
