Course completion, where members stop, and which audio actually gets finished. How to read it without redesigning everything.

The content section answers one question: of the things you made, which ones do people finish? Drill into a course for its lessons, a lesson for its members, or a track for its listeners.
What to look for
The lesson everybody stops at. Usually it is too long, or it asks for something people were not ready for. Split it.
The course nobody starts. A discovery problem, not a quality problem. Put it on the member home, mention it in the feed, email about it.
The track people finish. Make more like that one. Completion is a much better signal than anything anybody says in a survey.
The members who finish everything. They are your testimonials, your case studies and your first buyers for whatever you make next.
Content and retention together
A member who finished a first lesson in their first week almost never churns in month one. If you improve one thing, improve the path from joining to the first finished lesson, and the drip schedule that stands in its way.
Common questions
Does watching a video part way count?
Progress is tracked per lesson as members go, so you see started as well as finished.
Can I see one member's progress?
Yes, from their member record, or by drilling in from a lesson.
Why is my audio completion higher than my video completion?
Because people listen while doing something else and watch while doing nothing else. It is normal, and it is a hint about what to make more of.
