Analytics is one page with a date range at the top and four sections under it. Available on the Creator plan. Creator looks back 90 days; Growth looks back as far as your community goes.
Overview
Total members, how that has moved, active subscriptions, and a growth chart. This is the section people look at, and it is the least useful one, because a total that goes up slowly looks the same whether you are keeping people or replacing them.
Revenue
What you earned, across membership, products, payment links and tickets, over the range you picked. If you sell membership tiers, there is a breakdown by level, credited to the level somebody actually paid for.
Retention
Who is drifting. This is the section worth your Monday morning. See the article on members at risk.
Content
Course completion, lessons started and finished, hours of audio listened, and your most active members. Drill into any course, lesson, track or member.
Common questions
Why can I not see analytics?
It is available on the Creator plan. On free the page says so rather than disappearing from your sidebar, so you can see what you would be getting.
Do these numbers match Stripe exactly?
Stripe is the source of truth for money. Analytics reports the same payments in the shape that answers a coach's question rather than an accountant's.
Can I export it?
Members and contacts export as CSV. The dashboard itself is for reading.
