Your community feed
What members can do in the feed, what you control, and the things Drry deliberately does not offer.

The community feed is where your members talk to each other. It is switched on by default, and members reach it from the Community tab.
Your console version is under Community in the sidebar, with four tabs: Posts, Review, Categories and Settings.
What members can do
Start a post. A title, and a body with formatting, links and images.
Reply, two levels deep. A reply to a post, and a reply to that reply. No further. This keeps threads readable instead of collapsing into a wall of indentation.
React. Six reactions plus a wider emoji picker, one per person per post.
Mention someone with an @, which notifies them.
Attach images and files, up to ten per post at 100 MB each. You choose the limit and whether files are allowed at all.
Run a poll on a post, with two to six options and a closing time.
What you control
The Settings tab of the Community console holds two things: whether images and files can be attached and how many, and AI moderation if you are on the Growth plan.
Beyond that, moderation is per post and per member. You can pin a post, remove one, and pause a specific member's posting for a while.
Common questions
Can I post as the community rather than as myself?
No. Posts carry your name and handle, and owners show up labelled Host.
Can I email a post to my members?
Yes. The composer at the top of the console Posts tab has an option to also email it.
Can members block each other?
Yes, from any post or profile. It is silent and it works both ways. Members cannot block you or your admins, because the alternative is somebody hiding from the person running the community.
What happens if I switch the community tab off?
The tab disappears and every community address stops working. Nothing is deleted, and switching it back on restores everything.
