Turn the Events tab on

The one setting that decides whether members can see anything you schedule. Check this first.

You can build a whole calendar of events and your members will see none of it if the Events tab is switched off.

This is the most common thing people hit with events, so it gets its own short article.

  1. Open Customize and go to Tabs

    Sidebar, then Customize, then Tabs. Find the Events row and switch it on.

    There is a second route to the same switch: Customize, then Events, then "Show events to members". Same setting, either is fine.

  2. Rename it if you want

    A Tab label field appears once it is on. Members might understand Sessions, Gatherings, Calls or Calendar better than Events. Use their word.

  3. Save

    One Save button covers the whole Customize.
