Where your signups go
Finding the people who filled in your forms, what the columns mean, and getting your data out.
- forms
- members
Everyone whose email you have is under Emails, on the Audiences tab. Members and non-members together.
The left rail has three groups: the ones Drry keeps for you (All contacts, Members, Not joined), then your segments, then your lists, then your tags. There is also a standing Blocked list.
The columns
Person, with a Member badge if they joined your community.
Source, where they came from.
Formmeans one of your forms.Tags, editable directly in the table.
Status, whether they can be emailed.
Select several people and the bar at the bottom lets you tag them, add them to a list, unsubscribe them, block them or delete them.
Your form's own answers
The Audiences table shows people. It does not show what they typed into your form's other fields.
Those are on the form itself, on its Responses tab, and you can export them as a CSV. If you built a survey or an enquiry form, that is where the answers live.
Getting your data out
Export is available on every plan, free included, with no limits and no support ticket. Your list is yours.
Common questions
Can I edit someone's name or email?
No. There is no contact profile to edit. Tags are the only thing you can change from the table.
What is the blocked list?
Your own do-not-email list. Different from someone unsubscribing themselves. Use it for addresses you never want contacted, and you can upload one from another platform.
How many contacts can I have?
500 on free, 5,000 on Creator, 25,000 on Growth, counting people who have not joined your community.
