Click a member and you get their record: everything your community knows about one person, in one place.

What is on the page

  • Lifetime revenue: what this person has paid you across membership, products and payment links.

  • Active subscriptions: what they are currently on, and at what rate.

  • Courses done and hours of audio: whether they are actually using what they pay for.

  • Activity: posts, replies, RSVPs, purchases and sign ins, newest first.

  • Notes: private to your team. The member never sees them.

Tags

Tags on a member record are the same tags your email tools use, so tagging somebody here means you can email exactly that group later, or start a journey for them.

Winning somebody back

When a member goes quiet, the record offers to start a win back journey for them. Analytics keeps a list of everybody who is drifting, so you can reach all of them at once instead of one at a time. Journeys are available on the Creator plan.

Common questions

Can a member see their own record?

No. They see their own profile and their own account page. Notes, revenue and the activity timeline are yours.

Someone paid me outside Drry. Can I record that?

Not as revenue. Give them access with Grant access and write the arrangement in a note so the next person to look knows what happened.

What is a former member?

Someone who left or was removed. Their posts stay, attributed to a former member, so the conversations they were part of still read properly.
